Basically for state awards, all the nomination forms are sent manually to SHRU for the data entry into the system. Data entry clerks of SHRU are responsible to enter the nomination information into the State Awards Management System for processing.
Supervisor of SHRU is responsible to vet, check and confirm on the status of the nomination. JKM will also print the nomination listing to be submitted to SPRM to check whether any of the nominees is/are blacklisted. SHRU will compile and submit the confirmed nominations manually to State Secretary for final approval/rejection. SHRU will update the status for each of the nominee in the system after the approving process is completed.
