Application for New Water Meter

In order to get water supply, the applicant must apply for new water meter from the relevant water authorities.
owner or representative with letter of consent.
a. The applicant is required to provide the following supporting document :
  • Photocopy of identity card.
  • Authorised letter (Application on behalf of owner)
  • Land tittle / Penghulu / ketua kampung letter stating the residential status of the applicant in the Kampung reserve or sales and purchase agreement.
  • Sketch of site plan or locality plan.
 
b. Applicant must engage licensed pipe fitter
The applicant is required to pay the following charges before the new meter installation works carried out :
  • Deposit / Collateral
  • Installation charges
  • Inspection fee
