Temporarily disconnect and to be reconnect sometime in the future, normally due to unoccupancy of the premise. Consumer only need to apply for reconnection service to get water supply back to the premise under same consumer account number.
1. Owner as registered in the system (name as printed on bill) 2. Representative of registered owner with letter of consent
1. Proof of Identity ID (MyKad or Company Registration Certificate)
2. Letter of consent (if representative only) 3. Signed application form (if not using mykad reader to verified the applicant)
4. Photo of meter reading
The applicant is required to pay the all outstanding bills
