Consumer requires this service when they intend to move out or sell off the property/premises. This service involves deposit refund except for JBALB where deposit is not required.
1. Owner as registered in the system (name as printed on bill)
2. Representative of registered owner with letter of consent
The applicant is required to provide the following supporting document :
  • Proof of Identity ID (MyKad or Company Registration Certificate)
  • Letter of consent (if representative only)
  • Signed application form (if not using mykad reader to verified the applicant)
  • Photo of meter reading
The applicant is required to pay all the outstanding bills
